About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager in Operational Excellence as a part of Commercial Banking Operations Division. This individual will be tasked with owning the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of integration services to support the Commercial Banking Operations Servicing platform product’s vision (GSS – Global Servicing Solutions). In this role, you will: Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors Independently resolve complex issues Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives Required Qualifications: 4 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 3 years of Agile Scrum experience 3 years of JIRA/Confluence tool experience Experience with human centered design principles Experience with scaled agile frameworks Sound risk management skills Strong dependency management skills Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership Ability to drive and lead cross-product prioritization and delivery execution in dynamic environment Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security Job Expectations: Hybrid schedule, requirement to be in office 3 days a week. <10% travel Primary Posting Location: 1525 W W T Harris Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28262 Additional Posting Location: 801 Walnut St, Des Moines, Iowa 50309 #Commercialbanking Posting End Date: 7 Apr 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
